**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**:

- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to generate leads and increase reach.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to improve performance and engagement.
- **Google Ads & Paid Campaigns**:

- Plan and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads and other platforms.
- Monitor ad performance, adjust bids, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Prepare regular performance reports for stakeholders.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:

- Track and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Provide actionable insights to enhance strategies and achieve marketing goals.
- **Content Creation**:

- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to develop high-quality, engaging content.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- **Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**:

- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Optimize website content and landing pages for search engines.
- Monitor website performance and suggest improvements to boost organic traffic.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 6 months - 3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Social Media Insights).
- Strong understanding of marketing trends, strategies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
