Your key responsibilities
1.Accept orders within pricing limits and check product and transport availability.

2. Plan delivery dates within contracted period, taking into account product availability and priority of previously accepted orders.

3. Select most efficient means of transport and arrange transport within Service Level Agreement terms.

4. Suggest alternatives to sales management in case customer priorities, product availability or transport availability have changed.

5. Ensure timely availability of documents required for transport or customs.

6. Provide customer with samples if requested.

7. Investigate and resolve logistic complaints (within competencies).

8. Suggest improvements to increase logistic performance, in terms of quality and quantity.

9. Support for Customer Portal onboarding & adoption.

10. Monthly/weekly analysis report as per the format to provide.

11. Closely working with Production/Quality and ensure the timely dispatch and delivery.
