**Salary**:37,000 - 40,000 CTC **Position Overview**:
The Maintenance Electrical Incharge is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of electrical systems and equipment within the facility. This role involves managing a team of electricians, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and implementing preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of electrical assets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership and Supervision**:

- ○ Supervise, train, and mentor a team of electricians.
- ○ Schedule and allocate work assignments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- ○ Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- **Maintenance and Repairs**:

- ○ Oversee the maintenance, repair, and installation of electrical systems, includingwiring, motors, transformers, and other equipment.
- ○ Diagnose electrical problems and implement effective solutions.
- ○ Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and industrystandards.
- **Preventative Maintenance**:

- ○ Develop and implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance program.
- ○ Schedule regular inspections and maintenance tasks to prevent equipmentfailures.
- ○ Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- ○ Ensure compliance with all electrical safety regulations and company policies.
- ○ Conduct safety training and ensure team adherence to safety protocols.
- ○ Respond to and resolve any electrical safety concerns promptly.
- **Budgeting and Inventory**:

- ○ Manage the maintenance budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
- ○ Monitor and control inventory levels of electrical parts and supplies.
- ○ Source and order necessary materials and equipment.
- **Collaboration**:

- ○ Work closely with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities.
- ○ Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support facility operations.
- ○ Provide technical expertise and support for facility projects and upgrades.**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:Degree in Electrical Engineering/ Electronics/
- **Experience**:Minimum of 4 years of experience in electrical maintenance,
- **Certifications**:Relevant certifications in electrical maintenance and safety are preferred.
- **Skills**:

- ○ Strong knowledge of electrical systems and maintenance practices.
- ○ Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- ○ Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints.
- ○ Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- ○ Good communication and interpersonal skills.**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials.
- Comfortable working in various conditions, including confined spaces and heights.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.**Working Conditions**:

- The Job Is performed in a dusty Industrial Environment.
- Personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn as required.
