Store Representative

A retail sales representative helps customers find products, process transactions, and promote sales. They are customer-oriented and ensure a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities
- **Customer service**: Greet customers, answer questions, and resolve concerns
- **Product knowledge**: Provide information about products, promotions, and loyalty programs
- **Sales**: Recommend products, participate in sales events, and upsell
- **Transactions**: Process purchases and returns at the cash register
- **Stocking**: Restock and organize merchandise on the sales floor
- **Store environment**: Maintain a clean and organized store
- **Sales goals**: Meet sales targets and stay up-to-date on product trends and store policies
