Professional greeting and welcoming of guests.
- Checking the blood pressure and pulse rate before and after the treatment and reporting to doctors in case of any concerns.
- Before beginning treatments, all guests should be given detailed information on the treatments that going to be given.
- Responsible for recording and maintaining accurate treatment records in accordance with NABH standards.
- Attending departmental training to improve knowledge and skill sets.
- Before beginning therapy, ensure that the treatment room is filled with fresh and well-maintained supplies.
- Follow the treatment procedure in accordance with the department's SOPs and standards.
- Incident reporting in the event of any deviations.
