**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site Salesperson role located in Vadodara. The Salesperson's day-to-day tasks include identifying potential customers, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and meeting or exceeding sales quotas through promoting UCT International's products and services.

**Responsibilities**
- Understanding customer requirements.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle objections
- Taking regular follow ups for closing a deals.
- Proven experience as a successful Salesperson with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Proactive and self-motivated individual with strong time management and organizational skills
