**Job Title**:Accounts Supervisor (Male)**

**About the Position**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Core Experience in Accounts Audit**:

- Set up and maintain a well-structured Chart of Accounts.
- Facilitate timely monthly closures by managing tax returns, fixed assets, and ledger data.
- Accurately record daily transactions in the ERP system.
- Monitor and review accounting and system reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and issue financial reports, including VAT, Corporate Tax, and Balance Sheets.
- Manage period closings and ensure smooth transition to the next accounting cycle.
- Assist in annual external audits by liaising with auditors and providing necessary documentation.
- Formulate general ledger and financial closing reports with detailed insights into transactions.
- Ensure compliance with national finance laws and organizational protocols.
- Regularly prepare and disclose financial reports to management.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the CFO.

**Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience**
- **Educational Qualifications**:

- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounts or Finance.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in Accounts and Finance.
- Strong accounting and financial background with experience in ERP systems.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in ERP systems for Accounts and Finance.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- High ethical standards, dependability, and honesty.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.

**Language Proficiency**
- English: Bilingual proficiency (mandatory).

**Flexibility**
- Willingness to relocate to **Kakkanad, Kochi, Kerala**.
- Willingness to work on weekends and evening shifts as required.

**Salary and Benefits**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
