As a Computer Operator specializing in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, you will be responsible for proficiently managing data, documents, and presentations within an organizational setting. This role requires a keen eye for detail, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent organizational skills. You will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient data management, document preparation, and presentation creation to support various business functions.

Key Responsibilities:
**Data Entry and Management**:

- Accurately input and manage data using Microsoft Excel.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency by verifying entered data.
- Perform data cleansing and validation as required.
- Generate reports and summaries based on the entered data.

**Document Preparation and Formatting**:

- Create and format documents using Microsoft Word.
- Ensure consistency in formatting, font styles, and layout throughout documents.
- Proofread documents for grammatical errors, typos, and formatting inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with team members to create and finalize documents.

**Presentation Creation and Enhancement**:

- Develop visually appealing presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Incorporate multimedia elements such as images, charts, and graphs to enhance presentations.
- Ensure presentations are well-organized, engaging, and aligned with the objectives.
- Update and maintain existing presentations with new information as needed.

**File Management and Organization**:

- Organize and maintain files and documents in electronic and physical formats.
- Establish efficient file naming conventions and folder structures for easy retrieval.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding document management.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
