**Key Responsibilities:1. Haematology Duties**:

- Perform full blood counts, ESR, coagulation profiles, and blood film examination.
- Identify abnormal blood cells, anemia, infections, and blood disorders.
- Operate and maintain automated haematology analyzers.
- Prepare blood smear slides and stain using appropriate techniques.

**2. Pathology Duties**:

- Receive and label tissue specimens for histopathological examination.
- Assist in the preparation, embedding, sectioning, and staining of tissue samples.
- Work with pathologists in identifying abnormalities and assisting in diagnoses.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of biological specimens.

**3. General Laboratory Duties**:

- Ensure accuracy and reliability of test results by adhering to quality assurance protocols.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, calibrate instruments, and report malfunctions.
- Record and document all findings accurately using LIS (Laboratory Information System).
- Follow safety protocols and infection control procedures at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology.
- 1-3 years of experience in a hospital or clinical laboratory setting.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Proficiency in operating laboratory instruments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Attention to detail and adherence to protocol.

Pay: ₹320,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
