Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Advise and guide prospective students on various study abroad options, including choosing suitable academic programs and institutions.
- Assess and evaluate student profiles to determine eligibility for student visas.
- Stay up-to-date with immigration policies and regulations related to student visas.
- Liaise with educational institutions and immigration authorities to resolve visa-related issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing student inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a seamless transition from visa approval to enrolment.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Knowledge of student visa processes and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to empathize with students and address their needs effectively.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools.
- Previous experience in student counseling or immigration consultancy is a plus.
- Multilingual skills are an advantage.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Counselling: 1 year (preferred)
