Ayurvedic Doctor

Responsibilities:
**Research and Development**:

- Conduct in-depth research on medicinal herbs and their therapeutic properties.
- Identify and explore potential new ingredients for herbal juices and Ayurvedic medicines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine herbal formulations.
- Conduct clinical trials and experiments to validate the efficacy and safety of developed products.

**Product Innovation**:

- Develop new, unique, and effective herbal products based on traditional Ayurvedic principles and modern scientific research.
- Create product prototypes and lead testing phases to ensure product stability and quality.

**Consulting/OPD Practise**:

- Provide expert advice on Ayurvedic medicine, herbal remedies, and lifestyle practices.
- Offer guidance on formulating personalized treatment plans for specific health conditions.
- Collaborate with external partners, researchers, and healthcare professionals to share knowledge and insights.

**Regulatory Compliance**:

- Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines governing herbal medicines.
- Ensure that all products meet the required legal and safety standards.

**Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed records of research findings, experiments, and product development processes.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure the quality and consistency of herbal products through continuous monitoring and improvements.

**Education and Training**:

- Provide training and educational materials for internal staff and external stakeholders on herbal medicine and Ayurvedic practices.

Qualifications:

- 10+ Years of Experience/Medical Doctor (M.D.) degree with a specialization in Ayurvedic Medicine.
- Proven experience in the research and development of herbal medicines or Ayurvedic products.
- Strong knowledge of traditional Ayurvedic principles, herbs, and their medicinal properties.
- Experience in clinical trials and scientific research related to herbal medicine.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance related to herbal medicines.

**Salary**: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per month
