**Job Description:

- **
- **Site Supervision**: Directly oversee all onsite activities, ensuring construction progresses according to project plans and specifications.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards, addressing any non-compliance issues promptly.
- **Coordination**: Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve any site-related issues.
- **Progress Monitoring**: Monitor and report on project progress, including daily updates on task completion, challenges, and resource needs.
- **Resource Management**: Manage site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize productivity and cost-efficiency.
- **Software Proficiency**: Auto-CAD, Revit, STAAD.Pro, SketchUp, Civil 3D

**Key Requirements**
- **Experience**: 1-5 years of experience in site supervision within the real estate, structural audit, residential, or industrial sectors.
- **Education**: Master's/Post-Graduation in B.Tech with specialization in Civil Engineering or a relevant degree.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with industrial construction projects
- Proficiency in project management software

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
