**Responsibilities**:
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.

Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.

Direct & follow up on unresolved concerns to appropriate departments for further investigation.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Excellent listening skills and quick problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in Hindi English with a clear and pleasant speaking voice

Solid grammatical skills
