**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Documentation and Filings**:

- Draft and review agenda, board documents, notes, minutes, and other legal documents.
- Prepare the Annual Report in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Handle IPR filings and related compliances.
- Manage compliance related to Quarterly and Annual Compliances and informing the Stock Exchange.

**Compliance Management**:

- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, RBI regulations, and other relevant laws.
- Handle statutory filings, compliance, and maintenance of statutory records.
- Manage all ROC forms filing and maintain statutory registers and secretarial records.

**Regulatory Liaison**:

- Liaise with regulators, industry associations, legal counsels, and government departments.
- Reply to notices and queries from regulatory bodies.

**Audit Coordination**:

- Coordinate with auditors to ensure compliance with internal and statutory audits.

**Policy Implementation**:

- Ensure adoption and implementation of policies, regulatory and statutory changes affecting the company.
- Keep management informed about amendments to laws and regulations.

**Corporate Actions and Records**:

- Assist in implementing various legal/corporate actions.
- Maintain minutes and other records as required under the Companies Act.
- Create ISIN, manage corporate action plans, allot debentures, and handle PAS 3, MGT 14 filings.

**Qualifications**:

- Qualified graduate and member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in-house within the real estate sector.
- Strong knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI Regulations and LLP Act 2008.
- Experience with compliance audits and a good understanding of ROC filings.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant compliance software.
