**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Experience Management**:

- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high service standards and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Oversee check-ins, check-outs, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- **Staff Supervision**:

- Lead and motivate the team, including front desk, housekeeping, and F&B staff, to deliver outstanding service.
- Schedule staff shifts and manage daily team operations effectively.
- **Operations Oversight**:

- Monitor the cleanliness, functionality, and aesthetics of the property, including guest rooms, treatment rooms, and common areas.
- Collaborate with the Ayurvedic doctors and therapists to ensure seamless coordination between wellness services and hospitality.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Manage bookings and reservations to optimize room occupancy.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and maintain accurate records.
- Assist in budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with guests, ensuring repeat visits and glowing reviews.
- Gather guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance overall satisfaction.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with Ayurvedic principles and wellness tourism is a plus.
- Proficiency in reservation systems and hotel management software is advantageous.
