**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Study project plans/documentation to evaluate user requirements for internal and client projects
- Conceptualize designs based on requirements from clients and System Soft
- Assist the BA’s in prioritizing key use cases and/or drafting respective workflows Develop low and/or high-fidelity mockups that accurately reflect intended brand and content strategies
- Incorporate feedbacks into high quality comps or wireframes, in meeting the needs of System Soft and our clients
- Work with other UI/UX Designers and development teams to produce final designs
- Create responsive designs that look great on any device
- Have a positive attitude and be open to constructive criticisms that may result in revisions to a design
- Ensure all designs are visually appealing and on-brand
- Become an expert in all in-house, state-of-the art design apps, including approaches to prototyping any visual or interactive representation of a future product/service/experience
- Stay up to date on the latest design trends and be able to present new findings or ideas in a compelling manner

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/B.E. or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in UX Design, Visual Designer, Web Designer, UI Design, Portfolio
- Extensive experience in applied design and design thinking
- Extensive experience with design software (Adobe Creative Suite or Sketch)
- Experience working with prototyping software such as Figma, XD or WebFlow
- A portfolio of quality examples of your work as it relates to this position
- Excellent communication skills
- Working knowledge of responsive (or cross-platform) design is a plus
- Working knowledge of design systems is a plus
- Working knowledge of CSS and HTML is a plus
