The job description of Java + Spring Boot Trainer is as follows:

- Develop and update a detailed curriculum covering Java programming fundamentals, object-oriented programming (OOP), data structures, and Spring Boot framework essentials.
- Provide structured instruction on topics including Java programming, Spring Boot configuration, RESTful API development, and microservices architecture.
- Mentor students through coding exercises, assignments, and projects, offering constructive feedback to reinforce learning outcomes and technical skills.
- Guide students in building real-world projects, such as REST APIs and microservices, using Java and Spring Boot, preparing them for practical software development roles.
- Encourage students to develop portfolios showcasing their work and industry-aligned projects.
- Conduct regular assessments through quizzes, coding challenges, and assignments to monitor student progress.
- Provide timely, constructive feedback and support to ensure students understand complex concepts and can implement best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends in Java development, Spring Boot enhancements, and software engineering best practices, incorporating relevant updates into the curriculum.
- Attend professional development workshops and seminars to continuously improve instructional methods and content.
- Foster a positive and inclusive online learning environment that encourages student engagement and collaboration.
- Offer additional support through virtual office hours, Q&A sessions, and discussion forums to help students overcome technical challenges and achieve their learning objectives.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
