**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor machinery and equipment used in the pharmaceutical manufacturing process.
- Ensure that production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure continuous operations.
- Follow safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (**GMP**) to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Work closely with the production team to identify and resolve any operational issues or inefficiencies.
- Record production data, including quantities, quality checks, and downtime, and report any discrepancies.
- Ensure all production activities comply with regulatory and quality standards.
- Assist in the packaging, labeling, and storage of finished products as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (a technical degree is a plus).
- Prior experience as a machine operator in a **pharmaceutical** or **manufacturing** environment is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Basic knowledge of machinery operation and maintenance.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
- Commitment to safety standards and GMP compliance.
- Willingness to work in shifts as required by the production schedule.
