
Sales Coordinator for Back Office

**Back Office Sales Coordinator** supports the sales team by handling administrative tasks, processing orders, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. They play a key role in maintaining sales operations and customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team with order processing, quotations, and documentation.
- **Customer Coordination**: Respond to customer inquiries, provide product details, and handle follow-ups.
- **Order Management**: Process orders, track shipments, and update customers on delivery status.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate records of sales, invoices, and customer details in the system.
- **Coordination with Departments**: Work closely with logistics, finance, and service teams for smooth order execution.
- **Payment Follow-ups**: Assist in tracking payments and coordinating with finance & customers for outstanding dues.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in sales coordination, customer support, or back-office roles.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
