**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and creative Junior Web Designer or Trainee Web Designer to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are passionate about web design and eager to kickstart their careers in a supportive and innovative environment. You will work closely with senior designers to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites that align with client requirements and brand guidelines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in designing and maintaining websites with a focus on user experience and

responsiveness.
- Collaborate with the design team to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for
- Ensure websites are optimized for performance, cross-browser compatibility, and

mobile responsiveness.
- Stay updated on the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Work on image editing, graphics creation, and UI/UX design improvements.
- Follow company guidelines and client specifications for design projects.
- Debug and fix minor issues related to web designs and layouts.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related

field.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and SCSS.
- Familiarity with Bootstrap 4 and 5 for responsive design.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript and JQuery.
- Basic understanding of Material Design principles and animation techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Portfolio showcasing your web design projects (academic or personal projects are acceptable).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Exposure to Content Management Systems like WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and web accessibility standards.
- Understanding of version control systems such as Git.
- Certification in web design or related fields.
