**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct daily calls on dead, warm, and unanswered data to identify and activate potential leads.
- Call fresh leads to verify their information and qualify them for the sales team.
- Maintain and manage daily follow-up schedules to ensure consistent communication with potential clients.
- Record detailed notes of each interaction in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales team to provide them with verified and qualified leads.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate with potential clients.
- Achieve daily and weekly calling targets and lead activation goals.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role in a B2B environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
