**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a talented and passionate In-House Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating captivating visual content across various digital and print media platforms. Your creativity and eye for detail will be essential in developing designs that communicate our clients' brand messages effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualization and Design: Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative design concepts that align with Inhouse branding and project objectives.
- Print Collateral: Design print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, business cards, and other promotional materials, ensuring high-quality print-ready files.
- Branding and Identity: Participate in brand development projects, creating logos, brand guidelines, and visual identity elements that resonate with our clients' target audiences.
- Image Editing: Enhance and retouch product images, lifestyle photography, and other visuals to maintain brand consistency and aesthetic appeal.
- UI/UX Design: Collaborate with the web development team to create intuitive and user-friendly website layouts and user interfaces.
- Time Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
- Ensure design deliverables meet In-house team expectations.
- Creative Ideation: Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continually enhance design output.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (1-3 years) as a Graphic Designer, either in-house or at a design agency.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, including digital and print projects.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and web design tools (Sketch, Figma, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking with an ability to understand clients' brand identities and translate them into design solutions.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, color, and typography.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design ideas and collaborate with team members and clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, accepting and providing constructive feedback.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Should carry Personal Laptop
- Education:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience
- UX/UI: 2 years (preferred)

- Design: 1 year (preferred)
