**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Customer Acquisition**:

- Meet customers directly and indirectly to deliver product demos and close sales.
- Understand customer needs and collaborate with the technical team to provide tailored solutions.
- Frequent visits to customers to build trust and confidence in the product.
- **Customer Onboarding & Training**:

- Support customers with any issues or concerns, ensuring they have a smooth experience.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Establish and maintain strong personal relationships with customers to foster loyalty and long-term engagement.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Prepare quotations, proposals, and documentation related to customer issues and resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years in software/technology-related sales.
- Experience or education in the construction industry is a significant bonus.
- **Skills**:

- Strong command of both English and Malayalam, in verbal and written formats.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Ability to understand customer problems and suggest effective solutions.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to gain customer trust.
