**Skills Required & Eligibility Criteria**:

- Outstanding school administration skills and education management skills.
- A Visionary, dynamic & eminent academician with proven capabilities to lead a school forward for higher all-round growth in areas of academic administration.
- Must Have Minimum 10 years of experience in academic roles added with 5+ years of experience as Principal/Vice-Principal in a CBSE school.
- Strong in verbal and written communication skills
- Must have a Masters’ degree and B.Ed.

**As the Vice Principal of a prestigious school, your roles and responsibilities shall include the following**:

- Uphold the policies, regulations and values of the school.
- Manage approvals from the respective affiliating and regulatory bodies.
- Oversee the day to day operations of the school.
- Curriculum development, facilitating operations related to academics, executing extra-curricular activities.
- Develop and implement new tools and techniques to improve teaching.
- Effectively carry out all Academic and Administrative duties.
- Ensure that all provisions of the Affiliation and Examination Bylaws and all directions given by CBSE from time to time are strictly complied with.
- Ensure the activities of the school are conducted in accordance with the rules laid down by the local authority, State Education Department and the respective Board of Examination (CBSE).
- Effectively co-ordinate with the Correspondent for updates.
- Establish and promote high standards and expectations for all students’ academic performance and discipline.
- Effectively ensure that the teaching staff is optimally engaged at all points in time.

**Salary**: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month.
