As a Sales and Marketing Associate at Grawlix, you will play a vital role in driving our company's growth by implementing and executing sales and marketing strategies. This role is perfect for an individual who is passionate about sales, marketing, and eager to develop their career in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales and Lead Generation**:Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.
Engage with prospects to understand their needs and present our solutions effectively.

**Sales Presentations**:Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
Showcase the value and benefits of our products/services.
Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.

**Marketing Support**:Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and digital content.
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to reach target audiences.
Analyze marketing data and provide insights to optimize strategies.

**Customer Relationship Management**:Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Collect feedback from clients and communicate it to the relevant teams for product/service improvement.

**Reporting and Analytics**:Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales and marketing efforts.
Utilize data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Salary**: From ₹10,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
- Weekend only

Shift:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift
- UK shift
- US shift

Work Location: In person
