**POSITION Post Tension Profile Developer**
**DEPARTMENT Design & Build**
**REPORTS TO Design Manager/ General Manager**
**Job brief**:
Post Tension Profile developers are primarily concerned with develop the strand height at different location in which PT Cable is running over the Slab, as well as improving the structural integrity of buildings. They operate CAD & various Lisp software's systems to create multi-dimensional graphic views, flow charts, layouts ,tabulation and detailed working drawings to simulate and analyze potential design problems. A developer jobs require performing a variety of mathematics calculations as well as knowing basic principles of shapes, lines parameters, and views. In order to make accurate drawings, the drafter needs to have a good knowledge of Plain ,Sectional and Elevated geometry.

**#responsibilities**:

- Working closely on construction plans with clients, Consultants, Structural Engineer and other professionals.
- Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with CADD systems
- Creating & Developing Post Tension Profile with respect to structural design out put
- Produce Structural & PT drawings based on rough sketches, specifications and calculations from engineers
- Using computer simulations to calculate the Values of Tendons running through the slab at various locations
- Finding the Bar chair height at different intervals and rendering drawings
- Liaising with relevant professional staff such as Structural engineer,

architects& MEP
- Based on Builders work drawing prepare Working dwg as well as IFC dwg.
- To under stand ,drawings, Schematic sketches, codes, and calculations supplied by engineers.

**#requirements**:

- Need diploma qualification in civil engineering from recognized

university/Board
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the relevant area. With site experience more preferable
- Hands on experience in Auto CAD & CAD mate software's.
- To under stand the Technical terminology involved in Post tension Design.
- Well versed with drawing standards ,layout preparation and 3D rendering if required
- Sound Knowledge on developing PT Tendon profile& Rebar detailing
- Good Creativity, Developer must be able to turn plans and ideas into technical drawings of buildings, tools, and systems.
- Good Knowledge To Generating Solid and Surface CAD models using Pre designed values
- Assist different construction professionals to ensure their designs are accurate and their manufacturing plan is efficient.
- Good communication skill with designers work as a team, share the ideas and meet deadlines

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
