**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Assist in audits and liaise with external auditors.
- Handle payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
- Assist in financial statements and MIS reports.
- Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting.
- Monitor cash flow and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly P&L statements and assist in financial planning
- Maintain accurate records of daily sales, purchases, and returns.
- Reconcile (POS) Retail sales data with accounting systems.


**Qualification and skills required**
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in accounting & finance
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance,
- Proficiency in Tally ERP or similar accounting software.
- Strong understanding in accounting principles.
- Knowledge of taxation and statutory compliance.
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong Excel and analytical skills.
