We are seeking 20 energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as **Event Representatives** for the upcoming **New Year's Fest**. As a part of our sales team, you will be responsible for engaging with potential attendees and convincing them to purchase tickets for the picnic. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell tickets for the New Year's Fest to potential attendees.
- Engage and communicate effectively with individuals to convey the excitement and benefits of attending the event.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and inquiries related to the event.
- Maintain accurate records of ticket sales and customer information.
- Achieve personal sales targets and maximize earnings through commission.
- Act as a brand ambassador for our event, reflecting the energy and excitement of the New Year’s Fest.

**Requirements**:

- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and motivate people.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and goal-driven personality.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
