**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Academic Leadership**:
- Assist the Principal in formulating and implementing the academic curriculum in alignment with CBSE guidelines.
- Supervise teaching staff and ensure effective delivery of the curriculum.
- Organize and oversee academic audits and assessments to monitor student performance.
- Support the implementation of innovative teaching methodologies and promote academic excellence.
- **Administrative Management**:
- Assist in the overall administration of the school, including policy development and implementation.
- Coordinate and manage the school's timetable, examinations, and academic activities.
- Handle day-to-day school operations, including managing school events, activities, and meetings.
- Supervise and support the non-teaching staff.
- **Staff Management**:
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Foster a culture of professional development among teachers through workshops, seminars, and other training initiatives.
- Encourage and manage teacher collaboration for improving the learning experience of students.
- **Student Welfare and Discipline**:
- Ensure the implementation of school discipline policies.
- Promote a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment for students.
- Resolve student issues, complaints, and conflicts effectively.
- Ensure proper counseling and mentoring for students in academic and personal development.
- **Parental and Community Engagement**:
- Serve as a liaison between parents and school administration.
- Organize parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and other engagement activities.
- Foster positive relationships with the local community and external stakeholders.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:
- Ensure the school complies with all CBSE regulations, guidelines, and policies.
- Assist the Principal in preparing and submitting reports, financial data, and documentation required by the CBSE board and government authorities.
- Maintain proper records of student attendance, academic achievements, and other necessary documentation.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Educational Qualifications**:
- A Master's degree in Education (M.Ed), or relevant field.
- A Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed) is a must.
- Proficiency in CBSE curriculum and guidelines is essential.
- **Experience**:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in teaching and at least 2-3 years in a leadership or administrative role (preferably as a Vice Principal or Head of Department).
- Experience in managing large teams and working in a school environment is highly preferred.
- A proven track record in academic administration, teaching, and student engagement.
- **Skills and Competencies**:
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate staff and students.
- Problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities.
- Sound knowledge of CBSE policies, rules, and regulations.
- Familiarity with educational technologies and digital learning tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with staff, students, and parents.

Pay: 35,000.00 - 45000.00 per month
