**Job Title**: Board Game Instructor at PlayBae
**Location**: PlayBae Café, Thoraipakkam, Chennai, India

PlayBae, the ultimate destination for fun, creativity, and community, is looking for a dynamic **Board Game Instructor** to join our vibrant team. At PlayBae, we pride ourselves on curating immersive experiences for our guests, blending an exciting array of board games, delicious food, and a cozy atmosphere.

**What You'll Do**:

- Lead and facilitate engaging board game sessions for individuals and groups.
- Teach rules, strategies, and mechanics for various popular board games like _Catan_, _Splendor_, _Terraforming Mars_, and many more.
- Create a welcoming, inclusive, and fun environment that encourages participation from players of all skill levels.
- Help organize tournaments, themed game nights, and special events to cultivate a thriving community of board game enthusiasts.
- Contribute to the development of instructional guides and resources to enhance customer experience.
- Manage and maintain PlayBae’s extensive board game library and assist with inventory tracking.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Passion for board games and the ability to teach them in an engaging and simple manner.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable personality.
- Ability to work well with diverse audiences, including beginners and experienced players.
- Enthusiasm for creating memorable experiences through games and community engagement.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail in managing events and inventory.

**Pay**: Starting at ₹14,000.00 per month (with potential for bonuses)

**Location**:
PlayBae Café, Chennai, India. Applicants must be able to reliably commute or relocate to Chennai before starting work.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or above (preferred)
- A deep passion for board games and teaching.
