We are hiring **Personal Driver** is a professional responsible for safely driving an individual (typically a business executive, family member, or high-profile client) to various destinations. The role involves more than just driving; it requires reliability, confidentiality, good judgment, and an understanding of customer preferences and safety. Personal drivers are often tasked with ensuring that the person they are driving is comfortable, on time, and safe throughout the journey.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- **Safe and Efficient Driving**:

- **Drive Clients**: Transport clients or individuals to appointments, meetings, events, and other destinations in a timely and safe manner.
- **Follow Routes**: Plan and follow the most efficient routes to avoid delays, using GPS or navigation apps when necessary.
- **Maintain Speed Limits and Traffic Laws**: Ensure all traffic laws, speed limits, and safety rules are adhered to at all times.
- **Vehicle Maintenance & Care**:

- **Vehicle Upkeep**: Keep the vehicle clean, fueled, and in good operating condition.
- **Routine Checks**: Perform basic maintenance checks (oil levels, tire pressure, fluid levels) before trips to ensure the vehicle is ready.
- **Minor Repairs**: Handle minor repairs (like tire changes) or coordinate with a mechanic for more complex issues.
- **Parking**: Ensure the vehicle is parked properly and securely at all times.
- **Customer Service**:

- **Professional Conduct**: Display a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and respect when interacting with clients or family members.
- **Personalized Experience**: Accommodate the client’s preferences regarding temperature, music, or any other comfort requests.
- **Confidentiality**: Maintain the privacy and confidentiality of the employer or client's personal and professional information.
- **Scheduling & Time Management**:

- **Appointment Coordination**: Ensure timely arrival at all scheduled appointments and events.
- **Calendar Management**: Work with the employer's schedule, managing time to avoid delays and ensuring no overlaps with other appointments.
- **Adjust for Traffic & Emergencies**: Adjust plans based on traffic, weather conditions, or last-minute changes to the schedule.
- **Safety and Security**:

- **Monitor Traffic Conditions**: Stay informed of any traffic or weather conditions that could impact the route and inform the client if adjustments are needed.
- **Emergency Protocols**: Be prepared for emergencies, with knowledge of first-aid procedures and safety protocols in case of accidents or breakdowns.
- **Discretion**: Maintain a high level of discretion when driving high-profile clients or employers, understanding the importance of privacy and security.
- **Communication**:

- **Liaise with Employers**: Keep in constant communication with the employer or employer's assistant, especially if changes to the schedule are needed.
- **Coordinate with Staff**: If necessary, coordinate with other staff members, such as security personnel or family assistants, to ensure the safety and comfort of the individual being transported.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
