Join our dynamic team and be part of the future of mental well-being. **Position Overview**: We are seeking a highly motivated Translator (English to Hindi) to join our team and play a pivotal role in making mental health services accessible to Hindi-speaking individuals. You will be responsible for translating conversation pathways of Healo, our AI assistant for mental health help. This role requires not only language proficiency but also a strong background in psychology, familiarity with technology, and a genuine interest in mental health. **Key Responsibilities**: - Translate conversational pathways and content from English to Hindi, ensuring accuracy and cultural sensitivity, while maintaining the intent and context of the original content. - Be highly attuned to cultural nuances and sensitivities in both English and Hindi, ensuring that translations are appropriate and respectful in the context of mental health. - Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in psychology, mental health, and technology to provide accurate translations within these domains. - Proofread and review translated content to ensure accuracy and consistency, making necessary edits and improvements. - Work closely with the development and content teams to ensure that the translated content integrates seamlessly with Healo's AI chatbot functionalities. - Collaborate closely with mental health professionals, therapists, technology experts, and marketing teams to ensure clear communication and alignment of messaging. - Be comfortable using translation and content management tools, as well as providing input on improving the translation process. - Demonstrate a genuine interest in mental health and contribute to the mission of improving the well-being of individuals through your work. **Skills and Qualifications**: - At least a graduate-level degree in psychology, with a strong background in mental health concepts and terminology. - Proficiency in both English and Hindi, with excellent written and spoken communication skills in both languages. - Familiarity with translation tools and content management systems. - Adept at utilizing technology and adapting to new software and AI platforms. - Passionate about mental health and well-being, with a deep understanding of the sensitivity required in this field. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest level of accuracy in translations. - Previous experience as a translator in the mental health or medical field. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines consistently. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong cultural competency and awareness of cultural sensitivities when translating **Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Application Question(s): - Do you have prior working experience in a start-up culture? **Experience**: - Translation: 2 years (preferred)
