**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Academic Delivery & Curriculum Implementation**
- Deliver effective and engaging Physics lessons for classes XI & XII as per the prescribed syllabus (CBSE Board).
- Develop lesson plans, learning materials, and practical demonstrations aligned with learning objectives.
- Integrate technology (simulations, digital labs, PPTs, etc.) for better conceptual clarity.
- Conduct and evaluate tests, assignments, and project work regularly.
- Prepare students for board exams with targeted revisions, practice papers, and doubt-clearing sessions.

**2. Student Assessment & Progress Monitoring**
- Maintain and update records of student progress and performance.
- Identify learning gaps and provide remedial support or enrichment activities.
- Conduct formative and summative assessments fairly and on time.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents during PTMs.

**3. Laboratory & Practical Work**
- Plan and supervise Physics lab activities ensuring safety and accuracy.
- Maintain lab equipment, stock register, and ensure compliance with safety norms.
- Encourage students to conduct and understand practicals independently.

**4. Mentorship & Student Guidance**
- Act as a mentor to students, fostering their interest in Physics and related careers.
- Prepare and guide students for competitive exams like JEE, NEET, Olympiads, etc.
- Support students in science fairs, research projects, or innovation challenges.

**5. Co-curricular & School Engagement**
- Participate in school events, exhibitions, and celebrations as required.
- Coordinate or support clubs such as Science Club, Robotics, or Astronomy Club.
- Engage in interdisciplinary teaching activities or theme-based learning weeks.

**6. Professional Development**
- Attend workshops, training sessions, and seminars for continuous professional growth.
- Stay updated with changes in the curriculum, exam patterns, and pedagogical techniques.
- Collaborate with other educators to share best practices.

**7. Institutional Contribution & Compliance**
- Ensure adherence to school policies, rules, and documentation protocols.
- Maintain discipline and uphold the school’s code of conduct.
- Participate in staff meetings, departmental planning, and audits as required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
