**Sr. Wedding Planner - Udaipur, Rajasthan**

**Roles and Responsibilities**

As a Wedding Planner, you are responsible for
- Discussing all the aspects of the wedding with the bride and groom and guiding their decision making process.
- Preparing a strait-laced budget for the wedding in the most efficient manner.
- Identifying client’s needs & requirements and proposing suitable solutions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Betterhalf & the services we provide.
- Staying up to date with innovative trends in the wedding industry
- Achieving sales targets
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Build & maintain strong client & business relationships

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, design or related field. Hospitality Background would be a huge plus
- 3+ years experience in Wedding planning, execution, client handling and Sales.
- Strong understanding of various cultures and their wedding customs.
- Proven track of successful wedding planning or event management projects.
- Customer obsession & excellent customer-service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good problem-solving abilities in stressful situations.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

**Compensation**: INR 7 - 10 LPA + Additional Incentives

**Joining Date**: 15-30 days, Preference: Joining in 15 days

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
