Purpose of Position- To assist the IMETA region and all stakeholders by coordinating certificate issuance in line with BSI policies and procedures including the requirements of Accreditation Bodies and Program Owners, based on BDI culture and behavior.- To support with ensuring all compliance related activities in the IMETA are coordinated in a timely manner to meet compliance requirements, accreditation and program requirements.- To create and maintain effective relationships with all IMETA finance, Operations, and sales teams to facilitate a solutions driven approach and to ensure a proactive partnership approach.- Control the jobs in review and recommendation process following receipt of full visit documentation and corrective actions.- Coordination and uploading of correct and relevant documentation on Point Global to justify the certification decision.

Key Duties and Responsibilities & Accountabilities- Coordinating of timely report reviews by:
- Timely actioning certification review workflows and allocation to a competent reviewer based on workload and capacity-
- Coordinating with report reviewers, operations, and sales team to enable finalization of certification decision-
- Tracking of BSI and Scheme/Program requirements according to set KPI’s-
- Prioritizing expiring certificates-
- Ensuring that Entropy actions-
- Timely informing all stakeholders on expiring certificate due to outstanding documentation- Update the Accreditation and Program specific platforms as applicable.- Update all BSI internal systems including SAP, PG, but not limited to as per the requirement.- Covered above under purpose and extended to IMETA- Provide a rapid responsive service to both internal and external clients ensuring customer satisfaction as a high order of priority.- Printing/post (after initiation of e-Certificates) the Certificates and ensure their review and approval process and check on payment status (with Finance function) prior to actual delivery to clients.- Maintenance of trends related to the function, including certificate delivery time, report review issues and informing the Certification Manager on any trends that needs action from any Leadership in IMETA- Act as a brand Ambassador for BSI. This means acting ethically, following company rules and promoting BSI services to clients so they are able to optimize business performance and “be future ready”.

Key Performance Measures- Timely actioning of workflows 36 hours- Timely update of records including client details, certificate cycle, certificate and other related records withing 36 hours.

Dimensions- No direct subordinates but will give advice and guidance as required to support Management Systems staff- Interface with Human Resource for Assessor records and initial qualifications within BSI- Interface with Operations - Assessors / CSO admin. esp. for report / qualification reviews.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities- An academic qualification such as graduation/diploma/post-graduation.- Prior experience in a similar position.- Full understanding and familiarity with BSI’s Reporting Requirements.- Organised, efficient and methodical in approach, with high attention to detail.- Familiarity with basic MS Office packages including MS Word / Excel/ PowerPoint, Internet Explorer, Outlook & _esp. SAP / Point Global_.
