**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create engaging and on-brand graphics for social media, digital ads, websites, print materials, and presentations.
- Develop designs and layouts for brochures, posters, banners, business cards, packaging, and other marketing collaterals.
- Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to translate ideas into visually compelling designs.
- Maintain visual consistency across all designs while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

**Required Skills & Tools Hands-On**:

- **Canva**: Creative designs for social media, quick content, and client presentations.
- **Adobe Photoshop**: Image editing, manipulations, and mockups.
- **Adobe Illustrator**: Logo creation, vector designs, illustrations, and infographics.
- **CorelDRAW**: Print-ready layouts, signage, and vector-based designs.

**Additional Skills (preferred)**:

- Basic knowledge of **Adobe InDesign**, **Premiere Pro**, or **After Effects** is a plus.
- Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to take feedback constructively and work collaboratively.

**Eligibility**:

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or Bachelor degree with a related experience.
- Proven design experience or a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
