**Role description**:
**Job Title**: Solution Architect

**Location**:

- Trivandrum, Kochi,Chennai,Bangalore,Pune,Noida

**Mandatory Skills**:

- Proven experience as a **Solution Architect** or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in **cloud platforms** (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Expertise in **enterprise architecture frameworks** such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar.
- Experience with **software development methodologies** (Agile, Waterfall, DevOps).
- Hands-on experience with **microservices architecture** and **containerization** (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of **system integration**, **middleware**, and API management.
- Expertise in **enterprise-level databases** (SQL, NoSQL, Oracle, etc.).
- Familiarity with **DevOps tools** and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent **problem-solving** and **analytical** skills.
- Strong **communication** skills to interact with clients, stakeholders, and teams.
- Ability to **design scalable and maintainable solutions** based on client requirements.

**Good to Have Skills**:

- Experience with **machine learning**, **AI**, or **data engineering** solutions.
- Familiarity with **ITIL** and **ITSM** frameworks.
- Knowledge of **blockchain** technology or distributed ledger systems.
- Experience with **agile coaching** or mentoring teams.
- Certification in **AWS Solutions Architect** or similar cloud certifications.
- Familiarity with **DevSecOps** principles.
- Proficiency in **project management** tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc.

**Experience**:

- Total years of experience can be 10+yrs
- Minimum **5-8 years** of experience in IT solutions design or architecture.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical solutions in a client-facing role.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and working with senior business leaders to align technology solutions with business objectives.
- Experience in **system performance tuning**, **scalability assessments**, and identifying bottlenecks.
- Experience in working with **distributed teams** across multiple geographies.
