- **Organization**: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- **Tech** **Savvy**: Familiarity with office software, such as MS Office Suite, and basic knowledge of office management tools.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience in an ITES or technology-driven environment is a plus.
