Store Associate

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage inventory, restock shelves, and ensure merchandise is displayed neatly.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
- Support promotional activities and sales campaigns.
- Follow safety and security procedures to protect store assets.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in retail or sales are a plus.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle transactions accurately.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
