Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Interaction**:Greet and assist customers, listen to their needs and preferences, and demonstrate various vehicle models.
- **Sales Process**:Conduct test drives, explain features and benefits, negotiate pricing, and complete paperwork for vehicle sales.
- **Product Knowledge**:Stay informed about current inventory, promotions, and industry trends.
- **Customer Service**:Provide excellent customer service, follow up after the sale, and build long-term relationships.
- **Sales Targets**:Meet or exceed sales quotas and contribute to the dealership's success.
- **Sales Support**:Prepare quotations, assist with financing options, and handle post-delivery follow-up.
- **Relationship Building**:Cultivate relationships with customers, build rapport, and encourage referrals.
- **Collaboration**:Work with other sales team members, service department, and finance department to streamline the sales process.

- Analyzing customer needs and recommending suitable vehicles.
- Explaining product features, benefits, and optional equipment.
- Inform customers about special promotions and current sales.
- Following up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction.
- Attending product and sales training courses.
- Maintaining knowledge of current inventory and promotions.
- Assisting with the setup of the showroom and displays.

Additional Skills and Qualities:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Knowledge of vehicle financing and leasing.

Pay: ₹10,646.65 - ₹25,282.78 per month
