Sales Executive

Identifying potential clients, understanding their technological needs, presenting and selling relevant IT products or services like software, hardware, or cloud solutions, building customer relationships, negotiating contracts, and closing deals, while staying updated on industry trends and technical advancements to effectively advise clients on the best solutions for their business needs; essentially acting as a bridge between technical capabilities and customer requirements.
Key responsibilities of an IT Sales professional:
- **Lead generation**:Proactively search for new clients through networking, cold calling, market research, and attending industry events.
- **Needs analysis**:Conduct in-depth consultations with potential customers to assess their IT infrastructure and identify pain points to tailor solutions accordingly.
- **Product demonstrations**:Present and showcase features of IT products or services through presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts to highlight their benefits.
- **Sales cycle management**:Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals, including qualifying leads, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
- **Technical expertise**:Maintain a strong understanding of current IT technologies, software, hardware, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- **Relationship building**:Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and excellent customer service.
- **Sales reporting**:Track sales performance, monitor key metrics, and provide regular updates to management on sales pipeline and progress.
Required skills for an IT Sales role:
- **Communication skills**:Excellent verbal and written communication to effectively present complex technical information to non-technical clients.
- **Sales acumen**:Proven ability to build rapport, handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close deals.
- **Market awareness**:Stay informed about industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies.
- **Customer focus**:Prioritize customer needs and satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
