**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lesson Planning & Delivery**: Develop, plan, and deliver engaging and effective lessons aligned with curriculum standards and objectives. Adjust teaching strategies to accommodate various learning styles and abilities.
- **Student Engagement**: Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation, collaboration, and critical thinking.
- **Assessments & Evaluation**: Regularly assess students’ progress through quizzes, tests, projects, and assignments. Provide timely, constructive feedback to students and parents regarding academic performance and areas for improvement.
- **Classroom Management**: Maintain an organized, well-managed classroom environment where students can learn in a safe and respectful space. Implement effective strategies for handling behavioral issues and fostering positive student behavior.
- **Individualized Support**: Identify students’ strengths and areas for development, providing targeted support to help each student reach their full potential. Work with special education staff and other professionals to ensure all students’ needs are met.
- **Parent Communication**: Maintain regular communication with parents or guardians regarding students' academic progress, behavioral development, and any concerns or successes.
- **Professional Development**: Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay current with educational trends, teaching methods, and curriculum standards.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with fellow teachers, administrators, and other staff members to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment across the school.
- **Administrative Duties**: Complete all necessary administrative tasks, including grade reports, lesson plans, and attendance records, in a timely and organized manner.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Prior teaching experience is preferred but not required. Experience working with students in a classroom setting is an advantage.
- **Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and engage students of various backgrounds and abilities.
- Effective classroom management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in educational technology and digital learning tools.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Advanced degree in Education or a related field.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position, 42 hours per week.
- Work is performed primarily in a classroom setting, with occasional duties outside of regular hours for parent-teacher conferences, school events, or extracurricular activities.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
