**Job title: Digital Marketing Intern**

**About Fx Retina**: Fx Retina is a digital marketing agency that specializes in helping businesses grow through advanced marketing solutions, including PPC, SEO, and SMM. We are seeking an Digital Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- _ **Content Creation**_: Assist in developing and curating engaging content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn.
- _ **Social Media Management**:_ Help manage and monitor daily posts and interactions on various social media accounts.
- _**Engagement & Community Building**_: Respond to comments, direct messages, and engage with followers to help grow our online community.
- _ **Analytics & Reporting**_: Track and report on social media performance metrics using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.), and assist in optimizing campaigns based on insights.
- _**Campaign Support**:_ Help in planning and executing social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- _**Trend Monitoring**_: Stay up to date on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to help maintain the brand’s competitive edge.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar.
- Strong interest in social media marketing and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking with an eye for design and content.
