**About the job**

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to understand the client's branding and marketing objectives and ensure designs align with the client's vision and goals
- Develop creative concepts and design layouts that communicate the client's message effectively
- Produce high-quality designs on time and on budget while maintaining attention to detail
- Use industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite to create and edit designs
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm ideas and creative solutions for client projects
- Continuously learn and keep up with the latest design trends, techniques, and software to stay ahead of the competition
- Share design concepts and ideas with clients, receive feedback and make necessary adjustments
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Ensure consistency in design style and branding across all marketing channels

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of agency experience as a Graphic Designer
- A portfolio showcasing a range of design work and styles
- Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- A positive attitude and the ability to handle constructive criticism
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
- Long-term career growth-oriented mindset.
