**Job Description**:
The main responsibilities of the role would be:

- Process Payroll for Zscaler subsidiaries in EMEA and APAC regions timely and with accuracy
- Liaison with internal teams with information dependency on data gathering and to ensure adequate timelines are met and completed
- Liaison with external agencies to share the payroll data, making sure that the adequate timelines are met
- Review of the Final payroll reports received from agencies, working with them on correcting errors if any and ensuring that the payroll is processed accurately
- Creating the Payroll Journal Entries and ensuring that they are correctly entered
- Working on PTO balances tracker for employees and creating accrual entries
- Making sure that all employee queries related to payroll and PTO are timely answered to.
- Working on other necessary payroll related accruals as needed
- Working on General Ledger Reconciliations and clearing up the differences if any
- Assisting in tasks related to implementation of Global payroll tool
- Assisting in other tasks and special projects as and when needed

**Qualifications**:

- Recently passed out MBA/M. Com or similar course with sound academic record and good aggregate marks in Graduation/ Post Graduation Level from reputed institute within India in Finance & Accounting stream.
- Strong Analytic skills with great attention to detail; should be able to meet deadlines as needed.
- Excellent verbal, written and listening skills, as well as the ability to interact professionally with a wide range of staff
- Highly energetic and positive attitude with a teamwork mentality
- Able to operate in a fast paced, hyper growth environment by managing priorities and collaborations with other team-members while keeping focused on data accuracy and confidentiality
- People and Result oriented
