Job Title: Online Art and Craft Instructor

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and conduct online art and craft classes for students of various skill levels, focusing on techniques, projects, and creativity.
- Create comprehensive lesson plans that align with the Wizhob curriculum and cater to the diverse needs and interests of learners.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their skills and achieve their artistic goals.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity, experimentation, and growth.
- Utilize various teaching methods, tools, and resources to enhance the online learning experience.
- Collaborate with the Wizhob team to continuously improve course content, instructional materials, and teaching methodologies.
- Maintain regular communication with students to address queries, provide assistance, and track their progress.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an art and craft instructor, preferably in an online setting.
- Proficiency in various art and craft techniques such as drawing, painting, sculpting, pottery, jewelry making, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and create an interactive learning environment.
- Strong organizational abilities to plan, structure, and deliver engaging lessons.
- Passion for teaching and sharing knowledge in the field of arts and crafts.
- Reliable internet connection and access to necessary tools/materials for online instruction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or relevant field (preferred)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: ₹800.00 - ₹1,500.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 3 per week
