**Location**: Spectra Recreation, Thaltej, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
**Employment Type**: Full-Time (8 hrs 30 Days)

**Salary**: Net Take Home Rs. 16000 with Legal compliance Exclusive (PF, PT, ESI, LWF)

**Job Summary**:
The Museum Representative serves as the first point of contact for visitors and plays a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience. This position involves welcoming guests, providing information about exhibits and events, handling admissions or gift shop sales, and ensuring a safe, educational, and enjoyable environment for all visitors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome museum visitors with a friendly and professional demean or
- Provide accurate information about exhibitions, tours, programs, and museum policies
- Process admissions, memberships, and retail transactions using POS systems
- Assist with crowd control, visitor flow, and gallery monitoring
- Support school and group tours with check-in and orientation
- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of public areas; report any issues to maintenance or security
- Respond to visitor inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly and respectfully
- Assist with museum events, educational workshops, or public programs as needed

Uphold and promote the mission and values of the museum

**Qualifications**:

- High school/diploma/graduate or equivalent required; college
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or a museum setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, public-facing environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with ticketing systems or POS software

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and special events

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
