**1. Position: Dentist (BDS) - Clinic Management**

**Requirements**:

- BDS degree from a recognized university
- Strong leadership and organizational skills for managing day-to-day clinic operations.
- Excellent patient communication and team coordination abilities.
- Knowledge of NABH standards and dental software will be an added advantage.

**Role Overview**:

- Oversee clinic workflow, appointments, and staff coordination.
- Ensure smooth patient management and satisfaction.
- Maintain hygiene, sterilization, and documentation protocols.
- Support clinical team in treatment planning and execution.

**2. Position: Specialist Dentist (MDS - All Specializations)**

**Requirements**:

- MDS degree in any recognized specialization (Prosthodontics, Endodontics, Orthodontics, Periodontics, Pedodontics, Oral Surgery, etc.).
- Valid dental registration and clinical experience in respective specialty.
- Commitment to quality care, ethical practice, and patient satisfaction.

**Role Overview**:

- Perform advanced dental treatments as per specialization.
- Collaborate in multi-disciplinary cases.
- Contribute to the clinic’s NABH quality standards and excellence in patient care.
- Participation in clinical discussions and continuous learning encouraged.
