**Position Purpose**

**Responsibilities**
- Direct Responsibilities- o Interact with users to understand change requests/new requirements/bugs- o Interface with IT team- o Write specifications for IT team- o Build tests scenarios in order to enrich regression tests library- o Build and play tests scenarios to validate the enhancements- o Support users during UAT/Production- o Write team and end-users documentation- o Knowledge on the Front to Back STP chain- o Have knowledge of BO accounting processes for listed derivatives.- o Use of all BO functions (settlements, reporting, position, expiry, Corporate Actions)- o Assistance to the development team or the support team for all functional issues- o Handle the functional business areas independently- o Communicate effectively with users- Contributing Responsibilities- o Ensuring that the project and organization standards are followed during various phases of software development life-cycle and day to day development work.- o Meeting deadlines deliverables.- o Keeping BA Lead appraised of issues that affect the project and the deliverables of the project- o Implementing and Improving BA processes within the team**Technical & Behavioral Competencies**
