Centre for Strategy and Leadership (CSL) is a not-for-profit organisation registered under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013. It is an initiative focused on the Sustainable Social and Economic Development of India.

We provide strategic consulting and advisory services as well as conduct programmes and initiatives for Central & State Governments, various Government departments & Institutions, Public Sector Undertakings and private organisations (national and international).

**Skills**:

- Skilled in graphics design and video editing
- Thinking creatively and translating ideas into graphical and video content
- Working across multiple social media platforms with creative and marketing teams.
- Ability to take complex information and translate them into simple formats for use in graphic visualizations and video content across all digital media
- Must have a strong design aesthetic
- Knowledge of photography and web design would be a significant advantage but not mandatory.

**Educational Qualifications and Experience**:

- Degree in design, fine arts or mass communication preferred
- 3+ years of proven work experience in content creation.
- Strong content portfolio
- Experience in developing different types of content including images, infographics, quizzes, did you know(s), memes, questions, tips, testimonials as well as shortform and longform videos.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Understand requirements and develop appropriate content strategies.
- Develop ideas for creating and promoting content across all relevant social media.
- Develop creatives and videos as per campaign requirement and market trends.
- Maintain oversight of all social media content and provide insights to both team members as well as executives as needed.
- Ensure visual and textual consistency of content across all company social media verticals.
- Prepare social media posting calenders and reports

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month
